Sundial Advisory Services, LLC is a boutique commercial advisory service company offering various types of commercial real estate debt, agency funding, development financing, bridge and hard money financing and commercial consulting services related to the commercial real estate industry.

We also provide commercial real estate sales and leasing services through our affiliate, Sundial Realty Corp., offering focused services for our clients.

Our highly experienced personnel have assembled extremely competitive services as correspondent lenders for multi-family agency products (HUD, Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac), securitized commercial and retail facilities and a wide array of both bank and non-bank commercial lending. We also provide hard money and bridge lending platforms.

Our skilled staff of former bankers and CPAs provide advisory services ranging from debt negotiation, work out services and debt placement as well as short sale negotiations for commercial and multi-family financing.

Philip D. Bloom

Phil is the managing partner who has extensive experience in commercial real estate lending in the U.S. capital markets as a senior lender, team leader, and senior commercial real estate lender with both FDIC and SIPC regulated banking companies. He has a proven track record in problem solving for clients, delivering solutions in areas such as commercial real estate and business banking, construction, residential development, investment banking, and investment management. Phil possess the complete skill set necessary to identify client strategies, deliver winning business solutions, underwrite prudent loans, and negotiate and close transactions. He has a successful history of honest dealing that has led to a valuable national base of contacts with management teams, private equity firms, investment bankers, lenders and commercial investment sources.

Alan Kurtzman

C.P.A.

Alan has a wide range of experience including public and private accounting, extensive managerial background in the legal profession, real estate lending, development, property management and wealth management. Mr. Kurtzman has held senior management positions in the real estate industry including, COO of The CCR Companies, a fully integrated mortgage banker and real estate investment firm, CFO of The Muss Organization, representing and managing the real estate and entrepreneurial activities of a high net worth individual and his family including the Fontainebleau Hotel, CFO of The Aztec Group, a leading Florida-based real estate merchant bank. He managed the law firm of Fromberg, Fromberg, et al., in addition to administering the extensive entrepreneurial and real estate ventures of its partners and Investors. His professional career began with two national accounting firms in an auditing and consulting capacity. Alan Kurtzman is a Florida Certified Public Accountant, and licensed real estate broker. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University.
